We are seeking a Center Sales Associate to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our busy retail location. This role involves opening/closing the center, assisting with productivity, ensuring world-class customer service, and monitoring expenses. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Deliver top-tier in-store service
- Shipping/Mailing: Process customer shipments
- Package Sorting: Organize incoming deliveries for pickup
- Packing: Provide professional packing services
- Passport Photos: Take and process photos for passports
- Print/Scan/Fax Services: Assist with document services
- Notary Services: Verify and notarize documents (certification provided if needed)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (college coursework preferred)
- 2–4 years of retail sales or customer service experience
- Strong sales, marketing, and communication skills
- Excellent computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, internet, software tools)
- Dependable, responsible, and a strong sense of ownership in your work
- Great phone etiquette and customer interaction skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Remote Work: Not available
