Life as an Administrative Assistant:
- Works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in updating the accounting system with Invoicing, payments, inventories and budgets.
- Oversees the input of new wholesale accounts, to ensure reservations are correctly entered and billed and that invoicing is sent out promptly.
- Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
- Other Accounting admin tasks as assigned
- Other HR related admin tasks as assigned
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality and tourism environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and accurately under deadlines
- Must be highly skilled at multitasking and be very organized
- Must work well in team environment and present a professional demeanor
- Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
