We’re looking for a dynamic Outpatient Therapy Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary outpatient therapy team with MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center!
What You’ll Do:
Lead day-to-day operations of our high-performing outpatient therapy clinic
Mentor, motivate, and manage a team of skilled therapists and support staff
Maintain a part-time clinical caseload—stay hands-on while you lead
Ensure top-notch compliance with documentation, billing, and regulatory standards
Drive productivity, track patient outcomes, and champion patient satisfaction
Collaborate closely with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams
Launch staff education programs and spearhead quality improvement initiatives
Partner with leadership to market and grow both existing and new therapy clinics
Additional Job Description
What You Bring:
Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina
Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA) is required
3–5 years of outpatient experience; leadership or supervisory background is preferred
Strong organizational and communication chops—you know how to inspire and lead
In-depth understanding of outpatient rehab operations, metrics, and compliance
A collaborative spirit and a drive to elevate patient care
