We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Threading, Waxing & Facial Specialist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and skincare services, possess excellent customer service skills, and be experienced in delivering top-quality threading, waxing, and facial treatments. This position plays a key role in creating a relaxing and professional environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform eyebrow and facial threading with precision, shaping brows to suit individual client preferences.
- Deliver a wide range of waxing services (face, arms, legs, underarms, full body) with care and efficiency, ensuring client comfort and hygiene.
- Provide customized facial treatments based on skin type and concerns, using high-quality skincare products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace and adhere strictly to health and safety standards.
- Educate clients about aftercare and recommend suitable skincare products for home use.
- Manage appointments and client records using salon software (e.g., Fresha, Vagaro, or MINDBODY).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
- Stay informed on the latest beauty trends, skin treatments, and product innovations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in eyebrow and facial threading, waxing, and facial treatments.
- Solid understanding of skin types, facial techniques, and product knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards in a salon environment.
- Proficient in using salon management software for scheduling and client communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be professional and friendly.
- Ability to work independently and as a valuable team member.
- State esthetician license (if required by your state/local regulations) is preferred.
