As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tire service, performing oil changes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform tire installations, rotations, alignments, and repairs with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
- Provide customers with recommendations for tire maintenance and replacement.
- Execute oil changes and other basic automotive services as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the service area.
- Assist in sales by promoting tire products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tire service or automotive repair is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Basic sales skills to promote products and services to customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
