Tire Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their automotive needs, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Duties

• Greet customers, and assist them in identifying their automotive needs.
• Provide knowledgeable information on vehicle maintenance, repair services, and products.
• Generate quotes, process sales, and schedule installation appointments.
• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow up.
• Utilize POS systems for processing sales transactions and handling cash effectively.
• Maintain organized displays and ensure the sales area is clean and inviting.
• Engage in negotiation with customers to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle order fulfillment efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products or services.
• Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries.

Skills

• Strong background in automotive repair, service is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Proficient in retail sales techniques and inventory management practices.
• Enthusiastic, dependable.
• Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and inventory control.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous dealership experience is beneficial but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
