What You'll Do
As a Tire Safety Technician, you'll:
- Perform thorough, meticulous safety inspections on every vehicle
- Mount, balance, and install tires with precision and care
- Identify additional safety concerns that customers should be aware of
- Explain technical issues in ways that help customers understand the importance of repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with sales specialists to ensure customers receive appropriate recommendations
- Uphold our commitment to treating every vehicle as if a family member would be riding in it

Qualifications
- Experience in tire installation, rotation, and balancing preferred (but we will train the right safety-minded individual)
- Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance and tire safety standards
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Valid driver's license for moving vehicles in and out of service bays
- Desire to continually learn and improve your technical skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities
