We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service skills, communication skills and be dependable. We need someone who shows up at work when required to be there. This role involves helping customers with titling vehicles and registration.
Duties
- Prepare and process title documents for automobiles
- Conduct thorough research to verify property ownership and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with title-related issues.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of title processing procedures and requirements. We will teach.
- Excellent research skills with attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in related fields is a plus.
