Duties:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Teach basic early childhood academic skills
- Foster social and emotional development through play and interaction
- Encourage physical education and outdoor play
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with toddlers
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications/licenses
Note: Experience in daycare settings, tutoring, or child welfare is highly desirable.
