Genesis Exhibits is a world-class trade show exhibit / branded environment design & manufacturing group with an extraordinary 37-year history, based in North Carolina, serving clients around the globe. Our fast-paced, high-volume team is seeking an experienced Client Support Services Manager at our 26,000 sq ft High Point, NC warehouse.
The Genesis Client Support Services Manager provides hands-on and supervisory support for trade show booth builds, inventory updates, product re-inspection, field service installs/dismantles, dock receiving and any additional physical warehouse needs. The CSSM follows existing protocols to ensure warehouse-related projects are completed in an organized and accurate manner.
Responsibilities include personnel training, supervision, workflow management and hands-on support associated with the following:
- Fabrication, assembly and disassembly of modular and custom branded environments using CAD drawings/blueprints/schematics in our facility and on-site at tradeshows and company meetings
- Product inspections, repairs and modifications as needed
- Client inventory control using canned and custom computer applications
- Physical warehouse labor required to receive, relocate, prep-to-ship and inventory client tradeshow assets using forklifts, scissor lifts and Genie Lifts
- Stocking of technical supplies/materials as needed
- Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse space
- Department safety and related standard operating procedures
Desired Experience, Education, and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a service/warehouse setting
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Minimum 3 years trade show industry experience
- Associate Degree in Business or similar, or equivalent work history
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications is required
- Experience using Salesforce and ExhibitForce is preferred
- Detail oriented. Proven ability to multitask and produce quality work under pressure
- OSHA 10/30
- Forklift certified
This is a full-time position based at our High Point, North Carolina headquarters. Occasional travel is required. Salary will depend upon experience and education.
