We want these experiences, along with merchandise offerings, to help promote love for our titles so they become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time and drive long-term value for Netflix.

As the Training Coordinator, you will support the entire Netflix House team by championing the training and development of the Crew to best serve our Fans/Guests. This role blends the focus of prioritization skills, attention to detail, and a love for continuous improvement through engaging and effective training. The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation skills and be an engaging communicator who knows how to break down complex topics for diverse learners.

You will partner with internal Crew, vendors, and Netflix corporate partners to continuously assess and update the training programing. This role is critical in ensuring every team member is operationally ready, empowered, connected, and immersed in the Netflix culture from day one.

What You Will Do

  • Facilitate immersive and engaging onboarding sessions for all new hourly crew members, ensuring that our culture, standards, and expectations are communicated and embraced.
  • Lead the design and coordination of position-specific, on-the-job training programs, collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration into daily operations.
  • Manage and track all required safety, health, and regulatory training certifications. Partner closely with EHS and other compliance teams to ensure all internal and external requirements.
  • Through internal tracking tools, maintain accurate training records, certifications, and compliance documents. Develop processes for tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing new training methodologies, technologies, and engagement strategies that support evolving operational needs.
  • Serve as a training subject matter expert, providing guidance, resources, and best practices to support training initiatives across all operational areas.
  • Ensure that every training interaction is an opportunity to reinforce our company values, storytelling traditions, and commitment to service excellence.

What We Need From You

  • Demonstrated 3+ years of operational training experience in a fast-paced retail, attraction, or F&B operation.
  • Proven experience facilitating and developing training programs, preferably within a high-volume, guest-facing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of tracking systems and compliance processes.
  • Demonstrated experience ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-trained workforce by overseeing onboarding, EHS training, regulatory compliance, and continuous learning while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital.
  • Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.
  • A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, well-trained, and high-performing workforce.
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays at a 365-day attraction.
