Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, secure, and transport small construction equipment between job sites and company locations
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, DOT regulations, and company policies
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch and crew members
- Complete routine vehicle inspections and keep equipment clean and presentable
- Support general operations as needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience transporting equipment or in a related driving role
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean, company-approved Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to safely operate manual transmission vehicles
- Willingness to work seasonal overtime as needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well independently and in a team setting
- Comfortable following written and verbal instructions
- Able to interact professionally with customers, clients, and team members
