ACIL Transportation Coordinator (Full-Time Non-Exempt Position)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Schedule and provide safe and accessible nonemergent transportation (NEMT) as requested.
· Must complete intakes, needed documentation, and reports.
· Answer phones in a professional manner.
· Coordinate consumer transportation services with Center staff, consumers, Modivcare, and UMWA.
· Maintain, clean, sanitize vehicles and adhere to maintenance schedule.
· Attend meetings in the community that relates to transportation and reports to Center staff on new programs and developments.
· Submit comprehensive billing information to Office Manager for billing.
· Adhere to all transportation contract requirements and other required documentation.
· Attend trainings and credential requirements related to this position.
· Must document consumer information and services using CIL Management Suites. Must document regularly.
· Regular attendance and punctuality is required.
· Provide services in compliance with HIPPA (confidentiality) requirements.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
· High School diploma or GED with one-year experience in driving a medium van. Must have a WV Class D license and a verifiable good driving record. Must be able to perform minor maintenance and repairs on vehicles. Personal experience with a disability or working with persons with disabilities is preferred.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
- Must be able to travel throughout the four-county service area independently.
- Must have a WV Class D driver’s license and verifiable good driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Participate in a Passenger Assistance Training.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
- The position will primarily be transporting in the van. Periods of sedentary work and data entry are required. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
SUPERVISION OF POSITION: This position is supervised by the Executive Director.
Salary Range:
Salary is negotiable, plus benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, disability insurance, IRA with company match, annual, holiday, and sick leave.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.50 per hour
