Crossroad Construction Group, LLC is hiring a full-time Traveling Construction Foreman to lead commercial remodel projects primarily focused on The UPS Store locations across Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Idaho.
Pay & Travel:
- Starting salary: $60,000/year
- Up to $70,000/year after successful completion of company training
- $40/day per diem (or meals provided) for out-of-state travel
- Company or rental vehicle provided for out-of-state travel
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at commercial remodel sites
- Read and follow construction plans and job scopes
- Lead a crew and ensure projects are completed on time and to standard
- Perform hands-on work and maintain a clean, safe worksite
- Communicate with project managers, vendors, and store staff
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial construction and team leadership
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness and availability to travel regularly and stay overnight
- Must own personal hand tools
- Comfortable with physical labor, long days, and job site demands
- Preferred skills: flooring installation, drywall work, reading plans
