Seeking a travel RN in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Stayton, Oregon, starting ASAP.
- Provide comprehensive care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum, managing routine and high-risk pregnancies.
- Assess and monitor fetal and maternal health, perform non-stress tests, and educate patients on labor and delivery.
- Support labor with medication administration, emotional support, and assist with procedures like amniotomy.
- Assist with vaginal and C-section deliveries, including neonatal resuscitation and newborn care.
- Monitor postpartum recovery, support breastfeeding, and educate new parents.
- Document all care accurately, collaborate with healthcare team, and ensure infection control.
- Respond to emergencies, recognize complications, and provide high-risk pregnancy interventions.
