Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and wellness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assist with procedures such as spinal taps and esthetic laser treatments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Support patients with disabilities and those requiring memory care through tailored interventions.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license with the ability to practice in multiple states.
- Strong clinical skills in areas such as internal medicine, primary care, and acute pain management.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities.
- Knowledge of health coaching techniques to promote patient wellness.
- Previous experience in family planning or memory care is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare settings and schedules as required.
