Additional Details:
- Utilize nursing process to create and revise individual patient care plans, carry out interventions and patient assessments, including emotional social and safety needs
- Promote patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills
- Serve as clinical resource for LPNs and CMA and charge nurse as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 - 5 years working as an RN preferred
