Traveling Chef Manager needed for school food service in tha Broward County, FL area. Monday through Friday, full time position. No weekends, or Holidays. Summers off! Must be an experienced chef. Reliable transportation needed.
Must possess leadership skills. Able to work in a team setting. Able to commuicate clearly with others.
- Must be proficient in excel and google docs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Present chef programs.
- Catering functions.
- Must be willing to travel within a 50 mile radius.
- ServSafe certification required.
- Be creative with menu ideas
- Conduct training programs when needed
- Place food orders
- Take inventory, etc.
