Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced busbar technician to fabricate, install, and deploy pieces and parts necessary for switchgear operation.
In this role you will work alongside highly experienced technicians to master this craft and learn/perform all aspects throughout the lifecycle from design and manufacture through fulfillment of technical sales and service. This will require both shop work and travel based visitation of the field and customer facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and modify blueprints to fabricate, install, and deploy busbar and additional switchgear components.
- Work alongside experienced technicians to learn all aspects of the process from fabrication and assembly to technical sales/services.
- Travel and conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to specifications (technical sales and service)
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Preference to previous busbar fabrication and installation will be shown.
- Experience in electrical.
- Applicable knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competitive salary based on experience of process.
