Company Overview: Green Harbor Dispensary in Middleboro, MA is seeking Trimmers and Packagers to take work for a cultivation/manufacturing facility designed and built by proven experts.
Trimmers and Packagers will be responsible for maintaining and performing all tasks in the post-harvest process including harvesting, cleaning hanging, drying, weighing, data logging, curing, maintaining facility/equipment cleanliness, packaging, labeling, inventory tracking, and reporting, green waste disposal and other duties. Must be willing to take on other responsibilities as needed. The hours for the job are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of post-harvest processing including trimming, cleaning harvesting, drying, packaging, labeling, waste disposal and inventory management
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail to achieve consistently high quality and yield, including ensuring the cleanliness of facility,
- Assist in audits and data collection for inventory accuracy and ensure all tracking is compliant with government regulations
- Maintain drying and curing protocols for post-harvest operations and monitor environmental controls
- Meet all production/labor scheduling deadlines to complete all projected post-harvest needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Must love plants and be willing to work long hours in climate-controlled environments with regular perpetual harvests.
- Assist in deliveries and grow the team
Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Strong Technical and Mechanical abilities
Basic computer and inventory tracking experience preferred
Middleborough residents and individuals from disproportionate areas are strongly preferred and encouraged to apply.

Must be 21 years of age or over.

Possess the ability to successfully obtain an Agent Registration Card.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
