Full Time - Hourly
At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $17.25 - $24.15 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
- Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on crew efficiently loading turkeys following established guidelines and as instructed by the supervisor.
- Follow Live Haul sanitation procedures perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Position includes varying start times, work hours, working conditions, and some weekends as scheduled.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions.
- Able to wear respiratory protection equipment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Due to respiratory safety factors, this position requires a personal hygiene policy of no beards.
