What You’ll Do:
- Coach tumbling classes, private lessons, and team tumbling sessions for athletes of all skill levels.
- Develop structured progressions for tumbling skills—from back handsprings to elite passes.
- Motivate athletes by building confidence, fostering discipline, and ensuring safety.
- Collaborate with cheer coaches to integrate tumbling into choreography.
- Ensure proper technique and execution to prevent injuries and improve performance.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in tumbling coaching (preferably in All Star cheer, gymnastics, or tumbling).
Expert knowledge of tumbling progressions, drills, and spotting techniques.
A high-energy, positive attitude that inspires athletes to push beyond their limits.
Strong communication and leadership skills to work with athletes, parents, and staff.
USASF Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Commitment to athlete safety and a deep understanding of proper spotting techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
