A Hotel Turndown Attendant is responsible for turning down beds, placing complimentary items, sets lights, and performs all other turn-down functions to ensure an inviting and restful environment for our Lodge guests.

What does a Turndown Attendant do?
Thorough knowledge of hotel room cleaning procedures and ability to consistently follow established housekeeping standards
Strong attention to detail in ensuring rooms are guest-ready and presented to brand expectations
Effective communication with the Housekeeping Supervisor to relay guest information and enhance personalized service
Commitment to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests

Prior cleaning experience required.
Must have prior guest contact experience.
