- Create a safe, engaging and loving environment for children to learn and grow.
- Implement Frog Street curriculum.
- Complete TS Gold assessments.
- Support social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
- Communicate effectively with parents. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with two-year-olds in a licensed childcare setting.
- CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in early childhood education or working towards one.
- CPR/First Aid.
- Experience with CLASS observations and TS Gold assessments.
