Piper Companies is looking for a UC Admin to join a government contractor in Washington, DC. This role requires the candidate to report onsite and have an active TS/SCI or Top Secret Clearance with CI eligibility.
Essential Duties of the UC Admin:
- Perform System upgrades and IAVA patches to Cisco Unified Call Manager
- Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for UC operations
- Lead UC implementation, installation, and technical refresh projects within a site or locale
- Use administrative access to network components to research errors, incidents, problems and to perform incident analysis and identify potential problems
Qualifications of the UC Admin:
- Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience
- Solid experience performing System upgrades and IAVA patches to Cisco Unified Call Manager
- Active Sec+ or equivalent IAT II certification
- Active TS/SCI or Top Secret Clearance with CI eligibility.
Compensation for the UC Admin:
- $160,000 - $190,000 (based on experience)
