Job Summary
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences and visually appealing designs for our digital products.
Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user needs
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Execute visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Qualifications
- Proficiency in UI design software such as Adobe XD or Sketch
- Experience with front-end development technologies like Angular and SASS
- Knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like Omnigraffle, Adobe Target, Omniture, and AWS
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work in experience design
- Nice-to-have skills: Less style sheet language expertise
