- Certifications required: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
- Non-billable orientation up to 12.75 hours
- If the traveler resides within 50 miles or less of the facility, bill rate will be $10 less than travel rate
