We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies. The Security Officer will play a crucial role in preventing loss, managing conflicts, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies while following established protocol
- Provide assistance in conflict management situations, ensuring de-escalation techniques are employed effectively.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Experience
- Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and CCTV operations is beneficial.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
