Underwriter | Full-Time | $75K Base + Lucrative Commission | Hybrid Options Available
Amsterdam Capital Group is a fast-growing alternative finance company specializing in merchant cash advances (MCAs). We are seeking a sharp, motivated Underwriter to join our team and help drive responsible funding decisions. This is a full-time position with benefits, hybrid flexibility, and strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze merchant applications, bank statements, and credit profiles to assess risk and make funding recommendations
- Work closely with ISOs, sales, and operations to ensure files move efficiently from submission to funding
- Identify fraud red flags and inconsistencies to uphold funding standards
- Structure deals that balance merchant needs with risk mitigation
- Maintain documentation and compliance for funded files
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of MCA underwriting experience preferred
- Strong financial analysis skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Integrity, accountability, and a solutions-driven mindset
Compensation & Perks:
