Overview
We are looking for an Underwriting Assistant to join our growing team at RPS in Atalanta, Georgia. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position.
How you'll make an impact
- Assist underwriters with processing new business, renewals, and endorsements in accordance with company guidelines.
- Review and verify application data for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with agents and brokers to gather missing information or clarify submissions.
- Input and maintain policy data in underwriting and policy management systems.
- Prepare quote proposals, binders, and other underwriting documentation.
- Support compliance with internal underwriting procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
About You
Required: High school diploma; no experience required.
Preferred: 1 year related experience
Behaviors: Detail oriented; strong analytical skills and good communication and interpersonal skills
