Job Description:
GSA Products, the US division of BSC Distributors Ltd.—a leading Israeli distributor in the personal care and cosmetic ingredients industry—is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the US market.
We already serve a number of US-based customers and are looking to grow both with our current clients and by acquiring new accounts.
This is a remote, commission-based role ideal for an experienced sales professional who understands supply chain and ingredient distribution in the personal care or cosmetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow customer relationships within the US market
- Expand sales with existing customers and identify new leads and opportunities
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Manage the sales process from outreach to closing
- Collaborate with our Israeli-based team to align on inventory, logistics, and customer needs
- Work independently and manage your own schedule and sales pipeline
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in personal care, cosmetics, chemicals, or related fields
- Knowledge of distribution and supply chain management
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the US to visit clients and attend events
- Home office setup with the ability to work independently
