Duties and Responsibilities:
- Offer highest level of customer service to guests
- Assist guests via telephone in selecting and reserving accommodations.
- Respond to and assist customers via telephone, e-mail, and text messaging
- Interact with guest via website live chat
- Process payments; credit card, checks, e-checks, cash, and gift certificates
- Confirming online bookings
- Facilitate guests into accommodations
- Perform clerical and bookkeeping duties
- On behalf of company, greet, welcome, and serve customers and potential customers
- Process after hours calls on a rotational basis
- Attend all staff meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Inter-Relationships:
- Co-workers, managers, housekeeping staff, customers, owners, general public, and vendors
Needed Attributes:
- Patience, good customer service skills
- Knowledge of rental units and area
- Computer skills- knowledge of TRACK, BREEZEWAY, POINT CENTRAL
- Dependability
- Enthusiastic and cheerful voice
- Great attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
