Job Summary
SANDHE (SH) is currently seeking qualified persons with 0+ years of experience in the customer service / hospitality field to join our team for summer seasonal employment (May thru September), on a part-time basis. ABILITY TO START IMMEDIATELY....
The role will consist of being on-site at a Hotel Resort property, and would be responsible for the daily preparation or closing of company services, and would be responsible for the transport of customers / guests personal belongings to-and-from a location. The candidate needs to be versatile and will have the responsibility of greeting customers / guests in a positive and professional manner, able to address questions, provide recommendations, and physically capable of handling personal belongings for beach / luggage carts daily. Candidate must have access to transportation to get to work as scheduled and have access to a personal phone / device. Opportunity to grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Greeting customers / guests in a positive and professional manner.
2. Working collaboratively with others and individually transporting personal belongings (luggage / beach gear) to-and-from locations within the hotel and the beach.
3. Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, be respectful to others, provide recommendations. Improve customer / guest experience!
4. Preparation of the day and/or closing of the day depending on schedule; carts, signage, etc.
5. Directing customers to, and monitoring company website portal to verify daily trips during shift.
6. Maintaining a clean and organized area of operation.
Qualifications/Skills:
1. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills and works well in a team environment.
2. Reliable and responsible, prompt attendance, safe and efficient transport of carts with personal belongings.
3. Personal hygiene, social skills, and physical fitness are required to perform daily tasks, engage with all parties.
