Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with parking their vehicles.
- Monitor the parking area to ensure proper vehicle placement and adherence to safety regulations.
- Provide information about parking policies and procedures to guests.
- Assist with valet parking services as needed, ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area, including signage and equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing exceptional guest services at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal operations within the parking facility.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and communication
- Previous valet or driving experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in valet parking or similar roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent guest services skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and efficiently.
