Valet Professionals

The Valet Professional is responsible for delivering superior valet services across various events and venues, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for all guests. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to safety and security protocols, and the ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service at all times.

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Valet Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute valet operations at Patchogue service locations and designated special events.

• Adhere strictly to pre- and post-shift operational procedures to maintain service standards.

• Welcome and assist guests during arrival, ensuring a professional and courteous first impression.

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, upholding the highest standards of safety and security.

• Oversee the Safe Home Service to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of all patrons.

• Provide dedicated valet services for special functions, including events at Blue Point Brewery.

• Support partner locations through reliable service delivery, notably at Bellport Country Club.

• Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by management.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (mandatory).

• Proficiency in operating vehicles with manual transmissions.

• Demonstrated ability to provide exemplary customer service with professionalism and courtesy.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to adhere rigorously to operational guidelines and procedures.

• Proven reliability in safeguarding vehicles and managing property securely.

• Effective verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information and instructions clearly.

• Physical capability to stand, walk, run, bend, and lift items for extended periods as required.

• Full compliance with all applicable legal, safety, and company regulations while performing duties.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment to ensure smooth operational flow.
  
  Pay Structure:
  Milestone-Based Pay: $16.50 – $40 per hour
  Pay depends on shift length and location-specific milestones

  Hours:

  • Part-Time

  • Minimum 4 to 10 hours per week

  • Must be available weekends and holidays

  Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must have a valid Social Security Card
