MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or experience:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related.
- Experience in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment; on a validation engineer position.
- Must have experience in:writing, executing and final report of validation protocols like IQ, OQ, PQ, among others.
- Preference to have: Experience with sterility barrier sealing machines like Alloyd, Multivac, etc.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Must have excellent communication skills and a strong track record of working cross-functionally.
- Must have demonstrated ability to think strategically.
- Need to have full attention to details.
- Skills in working under time pressure.
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Availability to work extended hours in a day and weekends if required.
Other Requirements:
- Available to start as soon as possible.
- Must live in Puerto Rico. No relocation nor travel expenses available.
- Must speak Spanish fluently.
