Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding the right products
- Utilize product knowledge to answer customer questions and make recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Ability to sell and persuade customers to make purchases
- Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in electronics or technology sales
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of customer orders
