DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up Vendor Portals with credentials.
- Upload complete vendor guides.
- Set up warehouse people with their own credentials.
- Email warehouse with new customer vendor guides, communicate all updates.
- Email details for Label placement to warehouse.
- Email ticketing, packing & shipping requirements to warehouses.
- Email ASN information to warehouse when needed by retailers or manual ASN info.
- Email allocator with ticketing, packing, shipping label needed to set up in label matrix or notify client to order tickets when needed.
- Email EDI with specs for UCC-128 or I2 of 5 and pallet labels needed.
- Will work closely with AR/CB, Traffic, Allocation and EDI departments.

- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management.
- Independent, self-motivated, team player.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill.
- Analytical, multi-tasking and detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Word and Excel Proficient.
- Warehouse Clerical Experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
