Job Summary: Lead the overall development and execution of Implementation strategies developed to strengthen the existing and new customer relationships, achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, and ensure seamless integration and deployment of products.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and implement strategic Implementation plans, policies, and procedures that are aligned with Meridian Enterprise’s vision and goals. Continuously seek ways to streamline processes, optimize resources, and drive efficiency across all Implementation projects.
- Execute strategies for building strong customer relationships during the implementation process.
- Liaise with other department leaders and executives for strategic planning purposes and when issues arise requiring interdepartmental coordination.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication across teams to ensure Implementation goals are aligned with enterprise-wide business objectives.
- Provide executive-level guidance across departmental operations, staffing, training, management development, and engagement. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute the departmental budget and resource allocation plans.
- Staff, guide, lead, and manage an organization of sufficient capability and size to accomplish Implementation goals and directives. Foster and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Establish clearly defined goals, objectives, responsibilities, and development plans for teams across Implementation.
- Maintain in-depth and broad subject matter expertise and knowledge of Meridian’s products and services.
- Possess a deep awareness of the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments, and any opportunities that Meridian can leverage.
- Participate and engage with new business scoping and estimating activities, providing resource estimates and capacity management projections. Provides resource estimates representing the level of effort required to support the projects.
- Provides guidance on complex issues that occur during the implementation process to directors, managers, and project leaders.
- Assist with managing strategic relationships and communicating with senior client contacts to provide key leadership and oversight to select client implementations.
- Provide leadership across all customer implementations and facilitate cross-project/cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to address multiple clients’ requirements.
- Review progress of all projects to evaluate the effectiveness and success of implementation and training operations, adjusting as needed.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement in Implementation operations by evaluating and refining processes, tools, and metrics to optimize customer value.
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity.
- Represent the company at conferences and networking events.
- Adheres to all Meridian corporate policies and procedures.
- Travel as required.
- Any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Advanced degree a plus.
Work Experience: 12+ years of related experience with at least five of those years in a leadership position.

- Paid Time Off: Eligible to begin accrual from date of hire; accrual amount based on years of service. Beginning accrual rate equivalent to 22 days per year. 9 holidays which include the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve. Up to 240 hours of PTO can roll over to the following year.
- Volunteer Time: 8 hours per year
- Retirement: Robust 401K. Following one year of eligible service, the Company contributes in two ways: (1) match of 100% of each dollar you contribute on the first five percent (5%) of eligible compensation, and (2) Employer basic contribution of 4% of base salary (with increases in basic contribution percentage based on years of service). Employees are 100% vested in Company funded contributions from the date they enter the plan.
