Now we need someone who can take the lead managing and developing a top- notch service oriented finance organization overseeing the parent company and all subsidiary finance and accounting operations making it IPO ready.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial activities for the parent company and its subsidiaries.
- Prepare and consolidate GAAP-compliant financial statements across entities.
- Ensure audit readiness and oversee annual audits for all entities.
- Manage and build scalable financial systems and general ledgers across companies.
- Integrate financials of newly acquired businesses.
- Promote a culture of compliance via training and accountability across the organization.
- Identify risks, improve internal controls, and ensure fraud prevention procedures.
- Lead a team of controllers and finance managers across multiple business entities.
- Support strategic initiatives including M&A, IPO-readiness, and investor relations.
Qualifications:
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) required
- Track record scaling fast growth finance organizations
- A combination of finance expertise for GAAP and compliance coupled with a strong operational background managing across entities and departments
- 10+ years of finance/accounting experience
- 5+ years leading finance in multi-entity or holding company structures
- Strong GAAP and consolidation expertise
- Experience in SaaS industry and ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Background in crowdfunding, private equity, or venture capital environments
- Experience managing audits and SEC reporting (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- M&A and IPO-readiness experience is a plus
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage distributed teams
