The Center for Sleep Medicine is a progressive, AASM-accredited, 100% employee-owned medical facility currently seeking a full-time Vice President (VP). As a key member of the executive leadership team, the VP is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing business operations, and supporting long-term organizational growth. This role collaborates closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute the company’s vision and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to implement strategic plans focused on operational efficiency and revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities, evolving market trends, and operational risks
- Contribute to company-wide planning and execution of long-term initiatives
Operational Oversight & Performance Management:
- Oversee key departments and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Monitor performance metrics, budgeting, and resource allocation across areas of oversight
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Promote a high-performance environment built on accountability, transparency, and innovation
- Support resolution of complex business challenges as an executive team member
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders
- Ensure consistent communication across the organization
- Represent company values and initiatives at leadership meetings and events
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of executive or senior leadership experience with a track record of operational success and business growth
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and strategic investments
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across levels
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Healthcare leadership experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformational initiatives
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and organizational commitment
- Willingness to travel throughout the Chicagoland area as needed
