Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and high-quality video content that aligns with our brand's vision and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production and post-production, with proficiency in various editing software and techniques. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to bring stories to life through compelling visuals.
Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished videos that meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Utilize software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Bridge for video editing.
- Incorporate motion graphics, 2D and 3D animations to enhance storytelling.
- Manage video assets through FTP for efficient workflow and organization.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals.
- Ensure all edited content is consistent with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Perform color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production tasks as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in video production.
Experience
- Proven experience in video editing, preferably in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in video production tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation techniques is highly desirable.
- Experience with FTP systems for file management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
