Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window & Siding Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various types of windows in residential and Manufactured home properties. This role requires a strong understanding of construction techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install windows according to specifications and building codes, ensuring proper sealing and insulation.
- Install Vinyl Siding, & Soffit according to specifications and building codes.
- Install aluminum roof & carport pans according to building codes on Manufactured homes.
- Perform caulking and weatherproofing to enhance energy efficiency and protect against moisture.
- Read and interpret work orders (in English)
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing Siding ,Windows & Aluminum products .
- Restore existing window frames when necessary to ensure a secure fit for new installations.
- Lift heavy materials as required during the installation process while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in window installation or related carpentry work is preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong skills in caulking, masonry, frame carpentry, and heavy lifting are essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.50 - $32.50 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 38 per week
