You will be greeting and providing assistance to First and Business Class guests arriving on an international flight, and connecting them to their respective chauffeurs.
This position is ideal for someone currently employed at LAX who needs extra income and who is interested in elevating traveler experience.
- This is an assignment for approximately 2-3 hours per day beginning between 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm (depending on flight landing time) for just 2 days per week (Wednesdays and Saturdays).
- Compensation is $70 per 2-hour shift
Required:
- Professional, diplomatic, and courteous in manner and dress (business attire)
- Creative problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented
- Emotional resilience, able to handle pressure and meet timelines
- Must exhibit a “Passion for Service”
- Must take ownership and be accountable for results
- Ability to work without immediate supervision
- Ability to access and master a web-based app via personal mobile device
- At least two years of front-desk hotel experience
- Excellent English language skills
- Associates degree or higher
