Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle Inbound Calls/Chat/Emails: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
2. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
3. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of products/services to provide accurate information.
4. Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed.
5. Documentation: Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
Requirements:
