About the Role:

The successful VP, Life Sciences & Healthcare will be someone who thinks "outside of the box", works under pressure to exceed client expectations, and leads this team to success. This is a leadership role where you will support the GM of Life Sciences & Healthcare to help architect, implement, and grow the department's business model and culture. You will influence the overall operations of the department to ensure strategic and revenue goals are met. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing the existing client portfolio and providing the leadership to the team to grow the portfolio.

We are looking for a seasoned leader with practical industry experience and relationships who is ready to be at the forefront of disruptive technology.

Role Responsibilities:

• Report to GM of Life Sciences & Healthcare
• Maintain and grow existing portfolio of clients
• Build and maintain industry relationships to create opportunities to expand the client portfolio
• Design strategy to identify new client development opportunities and upsells to existing clients
• Work hand in glove with Constellation's GM of Life Sciences & Healthcare to continuously improve our SaaS solution to anticipate and meet our clients' needs
• Improve and build out all operations and processes to execute on strategy
• Perform management duties for hiring, training, and mentorship
• Manage and track department's progress towards goals and strategies with minimal involvement from senior management to consistently revenue targets
• Manage projects with multiple stakeholders and campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective turnaround of deliverables
• Assist the Sales Team with proposals and new business initiatives
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital campaigns, metrics, and insights
• Ability to pitch to new clients and upsell/sell new products to current clients without support of senior leadership
• Coordinate with GM of Life Sciences & Healthcare to help team in a fast-paced environment and execute excellent organizational skills
• Monitor and improve KPIs to ensure customer success processes and structures are scalable
• Demonstrates the values of Constellation and the qualities of a team leader, not only with your own department, but across multiple teams
• Contribute to and help lead the strategic conversations with both clients and Constellation leadership
• Willing and able to travel for in-person meetings with clients as needed
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are required

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS, digital marketing, and client-facing role
• Bachelor's degree required (in Communications, Marketing or a related field preferred)
• Pharmaceutical experience is required to support clients in the sector
• Strong interpersonal skills and sales experience
• Experience with Life Sciences & Healthcare marketing and digital content creation
• Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving and emotional maturity
• Able to construct and execute client contracts and proposals
• Incredible attention to detail and time management are skills essential

Compensation Package:

The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, bonus, commissions, equity, and benefits

New York Pay Range: $160,000.00 - $225,000.00.
