We’re seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a dual-role position as Wait Staff / Cashier. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience by providing attentive service and efficiently managing guest transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions to enhance the guest experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to presentation standards.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Process payments accurately using a POS system or cash register.
- Keep dining and cashier areas clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or cashiering is preferred.
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling a variety of payment methods.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive guest experience.
