Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Ashley. In this role, you will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our supply chain processes. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining our commitment to quality service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, staging and final mile delivery.
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems for tracking and reporting.
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Audit daily Sales log for inventory accuracy and fulfillment.
- Coordinate transportation planning to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze profit loss statements to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations and sales operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or operations management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is essential.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Knowledge of transportation planning and logistics is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data related to profit loss and operational efficiency.
