Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This role is primarily responsible for re-boxing products to ensure proper packaging, labeling, and presentation for storage, shipment, or resale. Key Responsibilities
- Re-box incoming or outgoing products according to company packaging standards
- Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before re-boxing
- Label boxes accurately with product information, barcodes, or shipping details
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or packaging experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
