Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. Ability to lift and move high volume units per day, each weighing 50 lbs. + with or without a reasonable accommodation
Willingness to work holidays and weekends as we are a 24/7 business operating through most weekends and holidays
Must be able to operate forklift 50% of the time.
Ability to operate dual fork sit-down forklift
Ensure Palletizer equipment is operating properly at all times
Ensure the correct product is being wrapped in palletizer
Ability to maintain and conduct change -over on palletizer
Must have in-house experience within a corporate setting
Qualifications:
Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred
Exposure to high-speed production or basic maintenance is preferred
Forklift experience is preferred, but willing to train new associates
Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull and walk all day, with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in adverse environmental conditions, including inclement weather and changes in temperature

Responsibilities:
The Palletizer’s primary responsibilities include conducting quality inspections, operating palletizing machinery, and complying with safety and quality regulations. The position requires the use of computer systems for inputting data, stacking, and wrapping products, and use of a forklift to move materials throughout the facility efficiently and safely. • Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on production equipment consisting of fillers, labelers, case packers, and wrappers
- Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials or finished products to the warehouse or onto trucks for distribution to customers
- Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain energy source for lift - Use scanning equipment to ensure accurate tracking of inventory within the facility
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including efficiency, production, downtime, pallets/labor hour, line loading and truck turn time
- Ensure quality product is sent to customers by completing hourly quality checks and inspecting raw materials and finished goods against quality standards
- Complete and maintain quality, inventory and preventative maintenance documentation
- Record preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, production output and other key metrics, performing mathematical calculations as needed

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
